I love this stuff!! I'd never heard of it before my Rayburn & have now converted loads of my friends to the stuff:-)
It is so versatile, you use less oil when cooking stuff as it just slides off...our most cooked meal had 'chips' (oven cooked wedges) & we always line the baking sheet with the bake o glide!

We purchased our Aga in 2006. I purchased some Bake o glide sheets and have only just had to replace them. They are perfect for cooking on the cooler plate, for omelettes, pancakes, eggs, in fact anything on the top. I have used them in oven too, and just pop them in dishwasher. They are great for fat free cooking.
