This is just the best product ever. I use and use it for baking, for cooking eggs on the simmer plate and the very best cheese and tomato toasties in the world. Couldn't manage without it now.

This Bake o Glide set is fantastic as it is already pre cut to fit the roasting tins, cold plain shelf and simmering plate. Gone are the days of carefully cutting grease proof paper and greasing it with butter. It makes cake baking so much easier as the cakes come out of the tins so easily and the tins are easy to clean too. Drop scones and eggs are so easy to make on the simmering ring with hardly any washing up - perfect!

Lay sheet on simmering plate, add slices of rye bread, layer of salami, layer of emmental cheese, sprinkling of black pepper, lower lid for a couple of minutes, ready and delicious when cheese melts

This stuff is amazing! I use it for EVERYTHING, lining tins, baking sheets and pans, or directly on the simmering plate for fat-less cooking (eggs etc), drop scones/pancakes, toasted cheese. It keeps things clean and is easy to wash. Things peel off easily - cakes, meringues etc., and you can cut it to size and use it over and over again. Excellent product.
