How to Order

We have tried to make purchasing online with agacookshop.co.uk as easy as possible. However, if you are experiencing difficulties then do not hesitate to contact us either by e-mailing cookware@aga-web.co.uk or telephoning 0845 345 2823 (Please note that this call can be recorded for security and training purposes).

Stage 1
Use the menu system to find the product you wish to purchase. Alternatively enter into the search box on the left hand side a word or product code for what you are looking for.

Stage 2
If you would like to purchase the item or just store it for later, click the 'Add to Basket' button to add the item to your shopping basket. At this point you have not committed yourself to purchasing anything.

Stage 3
To view items stored in your shopping basket click on "View Basket".
You now have three choices:
1. Use the "Continue Shopping" button to carry on shopping.
2. Remove the item from your basket.
3. Proceed to the checkout area.

Stage 4
Proceed to the checkout page. After completing all the relevant boxes your order will be sent to our secure server. Almost instantly you will receive a confirmation via email containing a summary of your order and a reference number.

If you would prefer not to use this method then please call our mail-order hotline on 0845 345 2823 and place your order that way.
