Expensive but worth it

I bought the sauté pan after looking at the cast iron one and rapidly changing my mind when I couldn't lift in one hand. These pans are light, thermally efficient, good looking and wash up a dream. Yes they are expensive but I held off and got them on 'product of the month' for a bit of a saving.
