I love this pan so much, and use it virtually every day. It is so versitile, both on top and in the ovens plus it cleans very easily. Be sure to buy the lid for casseroles - it makes a difference - especially for reheating left overs the next day!

I have had this pan and lid for 18 months now and don't know how I managed without it. Use it loads, its so versitile: as a wok,for frying and casseroles as can go in oven without handle and then good looking enough to be put on table to serve from! Easy to clean too!

Versitile Pan for Everything

This is my second one! It is used everyday and cleans up so easily. I use it for frying, making sauces and as a WOK for chinese cooking. Plus having the removable handle means you can put it in the oven too! Couldn't cook without it!

A brilliant pan i really could not do without. I use it to start pasta sauces on the hob and finish in the oven. Also used for frying off meat, adding sauces then simmering the oven. A must buy for all AGA users.

This pan is great. I use it just about every day - brilliant for starting off e.g. pasta sauce, curry, stew or macaroni cheese then finishing in the simmering oven. Even mac and cheese doesn't stick to this pan!

Fab! Great for stir-frying or cassercoles. Pop in oven & handle removes easily, so no chance of burning your hand on a hot handle later on. You'll also need the lid.

The best pan I've ever owned. Beautifully fry bacon on the top oven's floor, cook juicy steaks on the hot plate, soften onions with lid, or make a delicious risotto in the bottom oven. So versatile and a dream to clean too!

This pan is so useful, I use it for everything from bolognaise, casseroles, toad in the hole, cooking chicken portions, curries to crumbles and cobblers. Ideal either on the hob or in either oven. Don't know how I ever managed without it!

A really versatile pan. The small size cooks everything from Pommes Dauphinois to Tarte Tatin as well as sauteing meat and vegetables. It cleans easily too.

have had mine for over 11 years now. have both sizes and use daily. great for all sorts including baking as can go in over without handle. as a casserole with lid. have both sizes and would not be without them. sound expensive but for the wear they give worth their weight in gold. i have arthritis and not heavy at all

I have had this pan and the lid for about 5 years now and use it for absolutely everything. Bologneses, stews, shepherds pies and even frying eggs! The detacheable handle makes it simple to use both on and in my Rayburn, and it still looks as good as the day I purchased it. Highly recommended and an essential for AGA owners.
