Due to the increased number of orders during our sale period, please be advised that orders may take additional time in being despatched. This could be up to 10 days. You will be sent an email upon despatch of your order with a link allowing you to track your delivery.
The last order date for Christmas delivery is Thursday 15th December.
For added peace of mind, we have extended our returns policy for the Christmas period. Items purchased from Monday 14th November 2016 can be returned or exchanged up until 31st January 2017. The usual terms and conditions apply. Does not apply to sale items.
Deliveries to the UK and Northern Ireland: For orders up to £50 there will be a delivery charge of £4.95. Delivery is free of charge for orders of £50 and over.
For all orders to the Channel Islands there will be a charge of £9.95.
AGA Hot Taps are delivered free of charge to Mainland UK addresses only.
We aim to dispatch orders within 7 working days subject to availability. In the event of any items being out of stock we will inform you and give you an estimated delivery date. Please note due to stock availability, orders with multiple items maybe despatched separately.
Once your order has left our warehouse you will be sent an email with a unique tracking code to follow the parcel's progress. Please be advised that the code will be valid as soon as the item has passed its first checkpoint on its journey to your specified delivery address.
Delivery will be to a UK or Channel Islands address only. All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over, and if no one is available at the address at the time of delivery, the goods will be retained by the driver.
Notification of the attempt to deliver will be left by the delivery company. A further two attempts to deliver will be made but thereafter the goods will be returned to us.
Please note that delivery can take place any time up to 5.30 p.m. We are unable to offer timed deliveries.
If you change your mind about your Goods, you can return any item within 28 days of receipt. Orders placed on the website can not be returned to store.
It is recommended that upon returning goods to us, a proof return is obtained for security purposes.
When selecting products we always put quality first and we inspect every item prior to dispatch, however, if your goods are damaged in transit or deemed faulty please notify us as soon as possible by telephoning our Customer Support Department on 0800 8046296 and 0345 3452823 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. A customer advisor will be able to take your call Monday to Friday from 8.30am until 5.00pm, and can arrange a returns note for you. Please note that this call can be recorded for security and training purposes. AGA Rangemaster does not take any responsibility for items returned with no paperwork.
Once a returns note has been issued, you have 30 days to return your order. Once 30 days has elapsed, AGA Cookshop will refund or replace only at their discretion on a case by case basis.
We ask that any un-required goods are returned in a saleable condition in their original packaging and quoting your order number. You will be responsible for returning your goods and any costs incurred.
Please have your order confirmation number available at the time of telephoning. Any refunds given will be made to your credit card account. Under no circumstances will a cheque, credit note or cash be issued by way of refund.
Replacement orders will only be despatched to you once the initial order has been received by AGA Rangemaster or proof of delivery to AGA has been supplied to us.
