Response to Geraldene from AGA Food Editor Dawn RoadsThe hard anodised tins I find are excellent heat conductors. To clean I find soaking them then a rub over with a soap impregnated pad should do the trick. Oils are probably the most stubborn marks to clean and if the film is not removed it will bake on and be more difficult second time around. If cooking something like flapjack use Bake-O-Glide to line the tin.

Impossible to cleanI read the excellent reviews before purchasing the hard anodised roasting tins but can't agree, they are impossible to clean properly. I did email you when I first used the tins to tell you I was dissapointed, however you didn't respond. I will watch with interest to see if you post my review this time.

Beats all other roasting tinsI have recently bought 2 half size and one full size tins. They roast excellently including vegetables and they are so easy to clean.

Very easily cleanedI use this for so much. It is not dishwasher safe, but is so easily hand washed.
