Have used all the set, but the circle has been used most of all on the simmering plate. My husband (who doesn't cook) thinks it's the best thing since sliced bread. He's a chef now as he can produce fried eggs (without fat) on here. Eggs on toast are now his one and only speciality. They are so easy to use, keep everything clean, save washing up and are extremely easy to clean after use. Highly recommend.
