Having been persuaded to have an Aga in our new kitchen by my other half, I was convinced I'd hate it. Nothing could be further from the truth and I've hated switching it off for the Summer. Because Aga ovens are so deep you have to have a pair of these gauntlets to avoid a serious burn.
