We had an old adonised Aga kettle which all the family loved - except my daughter, and when she got a proper boyfriend she pleaded for me to get a modern looking kettlle as she was 'ashamed' of the old one. So I bought this cream stainless steel one. It is lovely and just as efficient as the 'old faithful' one - which is now languishing at the back of the cupboard.
