The hard anodised tins I find are excellent heat conductors. To clean I find soaking them then a rub over with a soap impregnated pad should do the trick. Oils are probably the most stubborn marks to clean and if the film is not removed it will bake on and be more difficult second time around. If cooking something like flapjack use Bake-O-Glide to line the tin.
