This pot has become the most used of all Aga pans - I got the larger one which is perfect for mixing a brownie mix, making porridge, or poaching eggs even - as the non stick is very high quality, and it cleans in a moment. The genius part is the lid, which makes it so flexible and helps stop a skin forming on custards and porridge awaiting late sleepers - we love it. Thank you
