Was excited to see Aga selling this and couldn't wait to try it! Heated it first on the floor of the roasting oven and then cooked 4 pieces of steak on it. Made a fantastic job of the steak and no mess as all in the roasting oven. Very light too so easy to take in and out of the oven. Also cooked a full breakfast on it at the weekend - yum!
