I love this oven griddle. It works great with meat but I regularly make potato and sweet potato wedges and the griddle puts lovely lines on each side if you turn them over half way through, holds the fat off and they do not stick! It is also super easy to clean and looks like new still unlike other flat bottomed baking trays I have used for this purpose and which very quickly start to look worse for wear and everything then sticks. It is expensive and I was upset to miss out on the 25% off offer by a few weeks, but I have bought so many baking trays and had to replace them after a short period in the past this makes up for the cost.
