Excellent in every way, despite the fact that it would suit a lefthanded person even better! Bomb proof, as shown when left in the top oven (by mistake of course) for 2 days to soften home grown tomatoes before sieving to make soup. A solid lump of carbon was the product, but the pan was unscathed!
