AGA Cast Aluminium Rectangular Oven Griddle

I love it. I didn't really believe that it would cook steak properly as this has been a problem with my AGA for the past 20 years. But I decided to take the plunge and buy the new griddle. I am so pleased that I did. The instructions are slightly unclear but I have heated up the griddle on the floor of the roasting oven ( the instructions sounded a bit as though you shouldn't do this) and steak bacon and liver have cooked perfectly.
