Great pan and I much enjoy it, but I'm puzzled by the pouring lip being on the side which suits left handed people best. When a right handed uses a spoon or spatula to help empty the contents, which is when the lip is most valuable, the lip is on the wrong side. How about having two lips if you can't bring yourselves to move it to the other side?
