I took possesion of the 1 litre casserole just to try it out after watching a demo on cooking a rissoto. I could not belive how easy it was and not having to spend time standing over the cooker was a bonus. This casserole is well made, light in weight and easy to wash up. Its versatility allows you to use it as a saucepan on the top of the cooker as well as baking in the oven.
