- 8 slices of bread, cubed
- 100g spinach
- 6 rashers of bacon, cooked and cubed
- 1 red bell pepper
- 125g strong cheddar cheese, grated
- 12 eggs
- 700ml whole milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
In a baking dish place the bread, spinach, bacon, red pepper and mix together. Sprinkle over the grated cheese. In a large measuring jug, beat together the eggs and milk, season lightly with salt and pepper. Pour the egg mixture into the baking dish over the bread and other ingredients.
2, 3, 4 & 5 Oven AGA: Place the baking dish on a grid shelf on the third set of runners in the Roasting Oven for 25-30 minutes until the egg has set and the cheese has completely melted and turned golden brown.
