Description
225g (8 oz) Fresh cranberries
175ml (6 fl oz) Port
85g (3 oz) Caster sugar
Rind and juice of 1 orange
Place all ingredients into a saucepan and cook on the Simmering Plate until the cranberries 'pop' and the sugar has dissolved. Place in a serving dish, cover and keep warm in the Simmering Oven.
