Great Roaster!A very versatile cookware! Love the idea of 2 in 1, I seldom use my griddle pan now. Not too heavy as compared to the cast iron casseroles which I struggle bringing in and taking it out from the oven. Easy to clean as well. Definitely will recommend!

My favourite and most used piece of cokkwareThis is my favourite piece of cookware of all time and the one I use most. the lid is great for chargrilling steaks, asparagus etc or for serving Sizzling dishes and the base is a great roaster with or without the lid

Excellent productExcellent product! Love that the lid doubles as a large griddle. It is lightweight, non stick and looks good. Very easy to clean too! Definitely a must have piece of cookware for the AGA.

Cast Aluminium Double RoasterThis roaster is expensive - but it's worth every penny. My daughter recommended it to me and it's as good as she said! Its big advantage is that the 'lid' can also be used as a ridged grill pan which makes it a very useful and versatile acquisition.

Healthy cookingJust made the most delicious beef in pale ale stew with my new casserole dish. The best part was I didn't have to use a drop of oil! The griddle pan lid is brilliant for browning meat and so easy to clean afterwards. Can't wait to use it again!!

AMAZING AND INDISPENSIBLEBought this after seeing it used for so many dishes in an Aga Demonstration. Much lighter than I expected and so easy to clean with soapy water. Have grilled, roasted,fried and casseroled in it. The steaks were fantastic and so little oil is needed. If you need to buy one item, buy this.
