worth every penny...love it!!love this pot...light and easy to lift in and out of the oven. I really like the handles with the cut out finger holes, making carrying it with oven gloves feel more secure when carrying it from the oven to the worktop. its non stick surface makes food positively 'slide' around the pot. Using it for everything, from beef & ale stew, to overnight rice pudding.

AGA Cast Aluminium 24 cm Round Casserole with SkilletHuge fan of these and better than anything ever tried or used before. Recommended to all our friends. Thought these were no longer available and were very disappointed as use these casseroles pots every day as nothing else compares. Received newsletter saying that these items still available and extremely pleased as the alternative cast iron dishes are far too heavy and not a patch on these pans for the pleasure of cooking with the AGA. We have had both this size and the smaller version (20cm) both with skillets for approximately 4years - superb! Ordering another two sets of the 24cm - wish also the smaller 20cm was available.

Wonderful piece of kit!I bought this on here having just moved to a house with a Rayburn. I have fairly weak wrists and was fretting a bit about having to use heavy cast iron pots. I saw Denise's review on here and took a leap of faith bought this casserole dish. Its amazing! So light, it comes up brilliantly in the dishwasher, and it's so versatile! A truly amazing, essential, product.I enjoy using this casserole dish just about every day! Don't just think slow cook casseroles ( of course fab for those) think, sealing or cooking chicken breasts, sausages etc in lid. I make my curries in it, lovely. Husband crisps bacon rashers in lid. Washes up a treat in the dishwasher, too! Won't do without it!!!

Lightweight & practicalA must have for a lady. Forget cast iron and its ton weight, we have had this skillet for 7 years and it is still a joy to use as its light weight allows you to manoeuvre it easily.

Cast aluminium round casseroleOne of the best product to have purchased it washes so easy and the lid makes lovely roast potatoes am so pleased that I have purchased the oblong roasting pan with griddle lid
