Useful addition to Steel roasting panHaving used this when I borrowed from my neighbour I had to order this for myself. I took on the previous comments about not putting it into the dishwasher, but a quick soak in hot water with a well known washing up liquid (platinum version) everything lifted off it easily, don't be put off by not being able to put it in the dishwasher it's a must for roasting lamb.

Good heavy qualityGood quality and wash easily enough by hand. The full size one fits the full size tin well. The half time one is a bit small for the half size tin, this does restrict it's use.
