A bit costly, but well worth it.Brilliant! Have used so far for steaks and chops and were wonderful. Seals flavour in and quick to cook. Also very easy to clean and lightweight. Love it.

Very light and fantastic for cooking steak, full cooked breakfast, anything really. Keeps the mess from fat/oil splashes in the roasting oven.Was excited to see Aga selling this and couldn't wait to try it! Heated it first on the floor of the roasting oven and then cooked 4 pieces of steak on it. Made a fantastic job of the steak and no mess as all in the roasting oven. Very light too so easy to take in and out of the oven. Also cooked a full breakfast on it at the weekend - yum!

The griddle pan I have been waiting for!The griddle pan I have been waiting for! My previous one is SO heavy, this is SO light! It is excellent non-stick and very easy to clean if all care instructions are followed.
