I was a little disappointed with this meat tin. It is good in that it fits on the runners of the oven allowing maximum size of joint but I was very disappointed that it was impossible to remove the cooking stains after only the first time of using. It looked as if I'd had it for months. I'm sure it will last a long time but it certainly won't be on show!
