I enjoy using this casserole dish just about every day! Don't just think slow cook casseroles ( of course fab for those) think, sealing or cooking chicken breasts, sausages etc in lid. I make my curries in it, lovely. Husband crisps bacon rashers in lid. Washes up a treat in the dishwasher, too! Won't do without it!!!
