My daughter, a new Aga owner said you've got to try the aluminium frying pan I " use it for frying,poaching and stir frying , I reluctantly did as I love the enamel range but they are so heavy, it is a fantastically adaptable pan, also great for omelettes and pan cakes. Washes like a dream and so useful with the handle being removable for oven. Don't take my word just try it !
