Love the pan - so many uses - on the hob, in the main oven or in simmering oven for heavenly porridge. But, knob handle on lid gets very hot and is a little fiddly to manage with oven glove. Slight modification to this and it would be perfect. Even started using it for cakes and crumbles. Rather expensive but the quality and versatility makes it really good value.
