These have transformed the way we eat and halved my preparation time in the kitchen! Spray on a little oil, slice up your veg/fruit/meat (with or without the bake-0-glide), pop in the oven 5-10 mins, turn once or twice, season and serve! Half the calories, half the time! Brilliant for par-boiled then roast potatoes.
