I bought this pan as a gift, as I have used a similar pan for many years, which has been invaluable. The pan is used for a wide variety of cooking dishes, it's detachable handle is easy to use and allows the pan to be used on top of the Aga as well as in all the ovens, for varying types of cooking dishes. I would not hesitate to recommend this light, easy to clean, versatile pan, which is the most used pan of all my aga pans.
