I have tried all the aga trays and definitely think this one is their best without question. The enamel finish on these trays makes life very easy.

My reviews of all the trays aga does is as follows

The anodised steel is nice when you buy it new - good study tray but with just a few uses you will find the tray marks and stains which you just can't get clean - anything slightly oily used on the tray (and lets face it most things are if you are cooking) and the tray is stained forever - its still useable of course - just doesn't look nice

The pure stainless steel trays by aga are a lovely tray which I do like it and would recommend as second choice - They also can be scrubbed up brilliantly with brillo / wire wool - and they do come completely clean - but just expect a little more work with these.

This tray - the enamelled steel is the best. Lovely even cooking results and it cleans like a dream every time I use them - either in the sink or the dishwasher - Baked on residue will easily come clean and it looks like new even after months of continual use. It also not the most expensive that aga do !

I won't even go there - with cheaper trays reviews - as I have tried many which are totally rubbish - In my view aga trays are definitely the best - but thought this might be useful to anyone who is undecided which tray to get when looking at all the options.

I haven't mentioned the ceramic trays - I have also bought these very recently - just not yet given them a run for their money as yet so can't really comment - but so far I do like them a lot
