This is indeed a fantastic pan, great for milk,sauces,custard, gravy, scrambled egg etc and looks so good you can serve from it too. A very easy to hold handle as well. Being non stick it is so easy to clean, I thought it was rather expensive but read all the comments, and bought it anyway, and I agree with all the reviews, if you have an AGA you need one of these you will not be disappointed! We turn our AGA off in the Summer so looking forward to using it on our Gas hob too, also you can use it on induction and ceramic hobs. Fantastic!
