Having previously owned an earlier model, I wasn't sure if the new 28cm pan with glass lid would live up to its much missed predecessor - but I was in for a most pleasant surprise! It cooks beautifully, cleans easily and is to me just about the best cookware of its sort I've ever owned. The glass lid is a bonus, allowing cooking to be viewed without reducing the heat in the pan, and all in all, I'm a very happy pan owner!
