I cannot recommend this casserole highly enough! I have bought three now over the years, two for myself and one for my mother.
I use them most days when cooking our family meals. I love the versatility and often use the lid to cook salmon fillets or even small portions of oven chips.
The casseroles are extremely light weight, very non stick and also very easy to clean.( I always hand wash mine) Great for browning meats and cooking most things. This is definitely a favourite and most used aga piece i own. My mother loves hers too, having arthritic hands and wrists, she finds this casserole ideal, due to its light weight.
We both agree, if something happened to the casseroles we have, we would definitely replace immediately as we wouldn’t like to be without!
