- 750ml wholemeal flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder (not garlic salt!)
- 125ml veg oil
- 100g grated cheese
- 1 beaten egg
- 250 milk
Mix flour and garlic powder in a bowl. Gradually add veg oil, milk, egg and cheese until well mixed.
Knead dough on floured board for 3-5 minutes, then roll out into 1/2" thickness.
Cut into suitably sized shapes and place on a sheet of Bake-O-Glide on a cold plain shelf and cook for approximately 20 minutes in the 4th set of runners in the Roasting Oven.
Cool on a wire rack and store in a tin with a loose fitting lid.
