I think they are a must for any Aga. But the cream side does get dirty very quickly. I would prefer if they were black all over as mine do get an awful lot of use!! I have the Christmas Pudding ones that I love but these ones are good for everyday use. Would also be nice if they came in the same colours as the oven gloves and tea towels.

Best Textile Covers

I have tried many covers and these are the hardest wearing. They look good, they stop things sliding off the lids and are great as pot holders or heat mats. The best thing about these pads is that they wash well and don't shrink up.

Absolutely great for protecting your shiny chrome covers and really handy for that extra insulating pad when something hot is heavy. They wash really well and last ages. in my opinion, an essential companion to the aga

Traditional and hardworking

An aga would not be an aga without these traditional black and cream pads on top. Mine take a real hammering from hot pans. They make loads more work space by dumping things on top of them and certainly save your shiny covers. They wash well and last for years. i have fancy christmas ones but these are my workhorses!

I love these pads. They are really versatile. They wash very well, although I could not remove all of the stains. Very good for getting dishes out of the aga and for putting dishes on to. Would love to see them in different colours.

Mis-leading Website

Product is good, same article for sale elsewhere at half the price. Picture leads you to think you are buying 2 .... easy to miss the "sold as single" under decription .... not happy .... come on Aga, you're better than this cheap trick
